Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access is granted. However, refunds may be issued in cases of accidental duplicate purchase, technical issues preventing access, or as required by law.

IN ALL CASES, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AiToolHub from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
As we operate globally, we comply with applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other regions with mandatory consumer protection laws, you retain the rights granted to you under such laws, and nothing in these Terms shall limit those statutory rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
